Service Description

Start the new year off with a beautiful intention setting class with me. We will move through 108 sun salutations together. Set your intentions for the 2023 calendar year with a celebratory practice of 108 Sun Salutations. We will link our breath, creating a moving meditation, inhaling to welcome renewal, and exhaling to let go of what no longer serves us. Start off the year with gratitude and excitement.
