Service Description

Start the new year off with a beautiful intention setting class with me. We will move through 108 sun salutations together. Set your intentions for the 2023 calendar year with a celebratory practice of 108 Sun Salutations. We will link our breath, creating a moving meditation, inhaling to welcome renewal, and exhaling to let go of what no longer serves us. Start off the year with gratitude and excitement. After practice we will burn our written intentions out to the universe. Date: January 1 Time 4:00 pm Location : Sturgeon Valley Athletic Club
